Neathage is a variation on the word cleavage. Cleavage being the exposed middle part of a woman's chest between her two breasts. With cleavage, only the middle part is exposed. Cleavage:

Underboob, like neathage, is when the bottom part of a woman's boobs are exposed and no other part.
However, underboob is often more than suggestive and the entirety of the boobs can be envisioned with little imagination. Underboob:
An easy rule to determine whether a pic is "neathage" or "underboob" is to ask, "is she on her way to showing her full nude boobies?"
If the answer is "yes", then she is showing underboob. If the answer is "no", then she is showing neathage.
Test question: are these women showing "underboob" or "neathage"?
